You can view all the information about the license you are using in Exact Synergy Enterprise. With this information, you will be able to see all the modules that are included in the license, the start date and end date of your license, as well as the number of users you can create in the system.
All users have access to the license information.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 258 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

This displays the software release update.
This displays the database batch number followed by the database model date. For example, “410160629” means this is batch 410 and the database model was last updated on June 29, 2016.
This displays the server where the database is located.
This displays the database name.
This displays the name of your company or the company which purchased the license.
This displays the license number. In addition, this number is also your contract number with Exact.
This displays the location of your company.
This displays your account number with Exact.
This displays the start date of your license.
This displays the expiry date of your license.
This displays the total number of Synergy user licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Synergy user licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Professional licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Professional licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Basic user licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Basic user licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of CRM licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of CRM licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Employee self-service licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Employee self-service licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Enabling add-on solutions licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Enabling add-on solutions licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Hour entry licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Hour entry licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Incoming Invoice Register licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Incoming Invoice Register licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Project controller licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Project controller licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Report manager licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Report manager licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Project manager licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Project manager licenses currently in use in the system.
This displays the total number of Service management licenses you have purchased in the license contract. The number in the bracket indicates the number of Service management licenses currently in use in the system.
Click the hyperlink to view a log report that displays all the roles that have been removed following the conversion of Employee self-service users. For more information, see Viewing conversion log on roles removed from ESS users.
Note: You will only see the Removed ESS user roles report hyperlink if you are the administrator and the database you are using was converted from release 210 to 220.
This section displays the modules you have purchased. The Module column shows the module codes, the Description column shows the description of the modules, and the Quantity column shows the quantity you have purchased.
This section displays all the option numbers in your license. Options determine access to the functionalities in the system. For example, if Option:519 (License e-Synergy) is not included in the license, you will not be able to access Exact Synergy Enterprise.
